Q: |
I am nervous about using my card over the internet. Is it safe? |
| |
A: |
Yes. It is incredibly safe. Our payment handler is the only place that your card details are used, and this is just electronically, not with human involvement. We do not see the number or detail needed to use your card. All information is encrypted during transmission preventing anyone seeing your information. Look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen which tells you it is secure. If you want to talk about this more please call us. |

| |

No one apart from the doctor and the site administrator has access to your information and it is not released to anyone else, ever. Q: |
Why do you use your particular pharmacy? |
| |
A: |
The Pharmacy that dispenses for us is registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. They have to adhere to very strict standards of operation and government regulation and this gives us the confidence we need on behalf of our patients that everything is done correctly using only genuine manufacturers product. Every prescription contains contact details for the General Medical Council registered doctor who prescribed for you and the pharmacy, should you have any questions or concerns. This will enable you to verify that our doctors are GMC registered and that the pharmacy is RPSGB registered. We do not give their details on this web site as it would break the rules of both the GMC and the RPSGB regarding advertising. |

Q: |
American sites are cheaper. Why should I buy from you? |
| |
A: |
Several reasons. Firstly, because an order confiscated by customs is the most expensive thing you will ever buy! Also, how can you tell who is selling the genuine article and who is not? How can you get your money back from an off-shore, rogue company?Use someone you can get hold of to sort out problems, answer questions and provide a reliable, UK-based service supplying genuine medication from a licensed pharmacy. |
| |
| |
Q: |
Can I just order the products I want from you? |
| |
A: |
It is illegal in the United Kingdom to offer prescription medication for sale. Any company that does this is either operating illegally or based in another country, where it may also be illegal. We require all our patients to have an online consultation with one of our doctors so that they can be diagnosed and treatment recommendations made for their particular problem. It is then possible to select from the treatments that our doctor suggests may help, and place an order. Our doctor writes your prescription and our licenced pharmacy dispenses it, subject always to the best practise. |

Q: |
How do I know that you will treat the information I put on your site safely and responsibly? |
| |
A: |
We are data protection registered and adhere to the guidlines set out by the UK government. This is a legal requirement for anyone handling customers information. Our registered number is Z9060385, BandS Internet Limited. You can verify this at the data commissioners website at http://www.dataprotection.gov.uk/ We suggest you try and check out some of the other websites offering similar services. Many are not UK companies even though they have .co.uk site addresses. We are a properly constituted UK company. Check us out at the Companies House site http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ Our company number is 5313413 and our company name is "BandS Internet Limited" It is worth checking up on anyone you intend to deal with on the internet. You will struggle to find many other companies, and some you are lucky enough to find are likely to be registered outside of the UK to avoid the legislation that protects you. You cannot be too careful. |

Q: |
If I order medication, when and how is it delivered? |
| |
A: |
It will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a signed-for service, using a completely opaque package with no indication of what it contains. Orders are generally delivered before 1.00pm the following day in mainland UK, provided our doctor has written your prescription by 2.00pm, which is an honest reflection of the actual service we provide, not an exagerated claim. It is best to order before noon to be sure of next day delivery. |

| |

There is no mention of what you have purchased. This is appreciated by our existing clients, as is the complete privacy policy that we operate. Discretion is our first name! Your information is safe with us. We are registered for data protection. Our registered number is Z9060385. Look us up and confirm it. Look up our competitors, if you can find them!! |

Q: |
What is the cost of a consultation? |
| |
A: |

The costs are not included in the price of products that the doctor might suggest may help you, and that you may then order if you wish. Q: |
Why are some other internet sites so much cheaper than Clinic Europe? |
| |
A: |
If they are dramatically cheaper be very wary. They will almost certainly not be supplying genuine product and you have no way of knowing how it has been handled, or what chemicals it contains or contamination it has been exposed to. If you have already bought we would warn against taking it for your own safety. Put it in the bin where it belongs. |
