BandS Internet Limited trading as Clinic-Europe ("We", "Us" or "Our") of 18a London Street, Southport, PR9 0UE, undertakes to refer the user ("You") for a free online consultation with a registered medical practitioner ("the Doctor") to diagnose and, subject to diagnosis, to prescribe appropriate medication to treat Your medical complaint. |

Warranties by You |
| 1.2.1 |
You undertake to complete the consultation questionnaire relating to your condition contained on this website and warrant that that all relevant information is provided truthfully, honestly and in full to the best of your knowledge. |

This agreement becomes immediately void should You answer any question incompletely or untruthfully. |
| 1.3 |
Warranties by Us |
| 1.3.1 |
We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by the Doctor and his/her staff for the purpose of treating your medical condition and by the Pharmacist who dispenses any medication pursuant to any prescription that the doctor may issue. |
| 1.3.2 |
We warrant and undertake that any prescription that the Doctor may issue or any medicine he/she may prescribe will only be filled by a registered/licenced pharmacist, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Pharmaceutical Society within whose jurisdiction the pharmacy is based. The pharmacist will not dispense your medication until he/she is in receipt of the prescription issued by the general medical practitioner. |

Delivery and Delivery Charges |

We do not charge extra for delivery and only deliver to those countries advised on the site. |

Right to Cancel |

You have the right to cancel, without giving any reason, any contract for the supply of medicines that you may enter into, subject to the Doctor?s prescription, until the end of the expiry period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the medicines.
