The "Ash Cloud" has impacted on Europe in more ways than just causing problems for the travelling public.  Top delivery companies that promise next day or very fast delivery to all parts of Europe have had to switch to land and sea transport to keep their deliveries going through during the airspace shutdown.  It has had, thankfully, only a minimal effect on our deliveries of Viagra, Cialis and Levitra to mainland European customers.  The companies are to be praised for the way they have coped with a very difficult situation.  The situation is almost back to normal now and we expect full speed service to be on again for those vital supplies within the next day or so.  It is worth keeping some emergency stock of medication rather than letting your tablets run out before re-ordering, if you are a mainland European customer of ours, as any closure of the airspace again will be as fast and disruptive as it was this time.  We will keep you informed.  UK customers are not affected.
